Be a part of our community wellness resource directory!
We are compiling a directory of holistically-minded wellness practitioners. This will serve as a living document of who is where doing what in fields of self-care and holistic wellness here in Maine.
This project is one of the action items to come out of our
Wellness in the Community
panel discussion at WellFest Maine on 9/13/25. We are currently gathering information on businesses and service providers across the entire state with particular initial focus on the following counties:
Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, Waldo, Hancock
Regardless of where you operate in Maine, we want to know about what you’re doing to help increase education of and accessibility to the abundance of self-care and holistic wellness resources across our great state. Services include but are not limited to any of the following: Chinese medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, massage therapies, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, herbalism services and products, mental wellness, chiropractics, forest bathing, etc….
